We are looking for an experienced ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง to oversee all administrative functions and ensure smooth facility and office operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, manage facilities, handle compliance with government regulations, and oversee basic Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.

๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: Ensure efficient office operations, cleanliness, maintenance, and facility upkeep.
๐๐๐ง๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: Maintain relationships with vendors for supplies, security, and maintenance services.
๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐: Liaise with government bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.

๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: Supervise company vehicle maintenance and usage.
๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ: Manage the admin budget and optimize costs.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐: Ensure basic safety standards are met, including fire safety and emergency protocols.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration or related field.
๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐: 5+ years in a similar role, preferably with experience working with government institutions.
Preference shall be given to personnel retired from the Forces.
