Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Source and screen candidates through multiple channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare JDs and job postings.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offers, documentation, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment/TA experience.
- Strong communication, sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
