We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator – Marketing Communications & Services to support marketing operations, coordinate with vendors and agencies, manage procurement and documentation, and assist with marketing campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage coordination with marketing vendors, suppliers, advertising agencies, and service providers. Jetour Pakistan.jpg
- Coordinate procurement of marketing materials, promotional merchandise, and dealership branding requirements. Jetour Pakistan.jpg
- Handle vendor invoices, payment follow-ups, documentation, and reconciliation with Finance and Accounts. Jetour Pakistan.jpg
- Manage POS materials, marketing collateral, inventory records, and distribution to dealerships. Jetour Pakistan.jpg
- Support marketing campaigns, brand activations, events, roadshows, and promotional activities. Jetour Pakistan.jpg
- Track marketing expenditures, procurement commitments, pending payments, and approved budgets. Jetour Pakistan.jpg
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely execution of marketing service requirements. Jetour Pakistan.jpg
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Jetour Pakistan.jpg
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, procurement, vendor management, or marketing operations. Jetour Pakistan.jpg
- Experience in the automotive industry, advertising agencies, or dealership networks will be preferred. Jetour Pakistan.jpg
- Good understanding of invoice processing, procurement documentation, and vendor payment procedures. Jetour Pakistan.jpg
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting. Jetour Pakistan.jpg
