RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Shopify store and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Upload and update products, pricing, images, variants, descriptions, and inventory.
- Manage themes, collections, menus, banners, and landing pages.
- Customize the store using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as required.
- Monitor and improve website speed, performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Manage Shopify apps, integrations, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Inventory, and IT teams for campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure accurate inventory, pricing, discounts, and promotional offers.
- Optimize the website for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and conversion.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior and prepare performance reports.
- Identify and resolve website and technical issues in coordination with relevant teams.
- Support integration with ERP, CRM, courier, logistics, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure content accuracy and smooth functionality.
- Maintain the store’s brand standards and premium online shopping experience
