Cotton Web Limited is hiring : Assistant Manager (GWP)
We are looking for a skilled and detail – oriented professional to join our GWP Production Department as an Assistant Manager. The role involves supervising wash load operations, ensuring compliance, monitoring wash quality, and tracking production performance.
Qualification & Experience:
Textile Engineer/Industrial Engineer/ or any other relevant degree. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Textile Apparel industry.
Requirements:
• Supervise washload operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with approved wash recipes, chemical dosing and process parameters.
• Manage workforce, shifts and machine utilization for smooth operations.
• Monitor wash quality, process deviations, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure workflow continuity.
• Track production performance, maintain operational records and ensure safety compliance.
Skills: Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills and Risk Assessment Ability.
