We’re Hiring! Assistant Manager Sourcing & Merchandising
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end sourcing & merchandising activities and supplier coordination.
- Handle product costing, including fabric, trims, accessories, production, and other cost components.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories while ensuring quality, cost, and timely availability.
- Ensure optimum fabric utilization through consumption analysis, width optimization, and wastage control.
- Prepare and monitor production plans to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Follow up on pre-production samples, size sets, and required approvals, ensuring approved specifications are communicated to suppliers.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Planning, and suppliers for smooth product execution.
- Monitor production progress and resolve delays, quality issues, material shortages, and other execution challenges.
- Identify competitive suppliers and sourcing opportunities and negotiate price, quality, lead time, and commercial terms.
- Maintain sourcing, costing, production, and order-tracking records and provide timely management updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sourcing and merchandising, preferably in fashion/apparel.
- Strong knowledge of fabric sourcing, product costing, fabric consumption, trims, and apparel production.
- Good understanding of production planning and pre-production processes.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to manage multiple products, suppliers, and deadlines.

We’re Hiring! Assistant Manager Internal Audit
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and strengthen internal audit processes, controls, SOPs, and audit parameters in coordination with the HOD.
- Lead and oversee retail, factory, inventory, compliance, departmental, and system audits.
- Develop and execute risk-based audit plans, including surprise audits where required.
- Supervise and review the audit team and ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
- Identify control weaknesses, inventory discrepancies, financial variances, and operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Audit key retail controls, including inventory movement, replenishment, scanning adjustments, stock availability, and system transactions.
- Prepare monthly and annual audit reports and management summaries.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely implementation and closure of audit observations.
- Monitor internal controls and support continuous improvement of business processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, preferably within retail, manufacturing, or textile industries.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, process, compliance, and system audits.
- Experience with ERP/Dynamics or similar systems will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a relevant field.
