Position: Hostel Warden
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily hostel operations and student accommodation.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and security.
• Address student concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain hostel records, attendance, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with Security, Administration, and relevant departments.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive hostel environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Relevant experience in hostel management, student affairs, administration, or a similar role will be preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage students and maintain discipline professionally.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and availability for hostel-related matters.
