JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead financial planning & analysis, long-term business planning, annual budgeting, P&L modeling, menu costing, & pricing strategies.
- Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, working capital management, banking relationships, & overall liquidity requirements.
- Lead ERP & EPOS implementation, establish financial SOPs, configure Chart of Accounts and cost centers, & strengthen controls.
- Ensure tax compliance, coordinate external audits, & maintain effective relationships with auditors & relevant regulatory stakeholders.
- Supervise, develop, train, & mentor finance team members while ensuring effective performance & delivery across the function.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, financial modeling, ERP/EPOS, tax compliance, & controls.
- Strong analytical, execution, & problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- High integrity, sound judgment, leadership, stakeholder management, & communication skills.
