We are hiring Sr Accounts Executive
Key Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
- Reconcile customer accounts periodically & prepare aging reports.
- Process and record incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation to customer accounts.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition and AR reconciliations.
- Outward freight bill processing and timely payment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- ACCA Affiliate
- 0-1 year of experience
- Proficiency in MS office / SAP S4 / Microsoft Power BI
- Proactive and responsible
- Strong customer service orientation
- Team collaboration
