Requirement
- B.Sc. / B.E. in Textile Engineering or relevant field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Yarn Dyeing.
- Strong knowledge of Yarn Dyeing processes, machines, dyes & chemicals.
- Experience in shade matching, batch processing and quality control.
- Knowledge of production planning, process parameters and troubleshooting.
- Ability to achieve production targets, efficiency and quality standards.
- Strong team leadership and manpower management skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP / production reporting and MS Excel.
- Strong coordination with QA, Lab, PPC, Maintenance and Stores.
- Knowledge of SOPs, safety and compliance requirements
