Position: Manager Industrial Engineering (I.E)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years of experience within the textile industry, with a strong preference for experience in denim dyeing, weaving, and processing.
Requirements: Must have strong analytical skills & ability to interpret data, shall also have knowledge of Manufacturing Process & Production System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Industrial Engineering department, focusing on denim dyeing, weaving, and processing.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs while ensuring product quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning to improve production processes and throughput.
- Collaborate with the production, quality, and maintenance teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Manage and develop a team of industrial engineers and technicians.
- Prepare reports and analysis for senior management on production metrics, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
