SITUATIONS VACANT
1. NUMS (Directorate/ Department)
Director (Human Resource)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Management from HEC recognized University/ Institution. Preference will be given to higher qualification in relevant field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15-17 years’ relevant experience including 10 years of University experience in HR recruitment and management, at similar position, in reputed public sector Universities/ Organizations.
- Experience in a Medical University/ Academic Institution / setups will be an added preference.
- Working experience in formulation/ implementation of HR related polices.
- Well versed with Government Rules & Regulations of HEC/ PM&DC/PNC and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Managing Editor
- Qualification: Ph.D/ M.Phil., preferably in Community Medicine with basic degree of MBBS from HEC recognized University/ Institution. Preference will be given to higher qualification.
- Experience & Research Publication:
- Minimum 10-15 Years relevant experience including 5-7 years of working experience in academic management in reputed public/ private/ autonomous, national or international organizations. Experience as Managing Editor of Peer Reviewed Multidisciplinary Journal will be preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Demonstrated experience as a reviewer for peer-reviewed national and international journals and research grant applications.
3. Assistant Director (Administration)
- Qualification: Masters/ Bachelor or equivalent degree preferably in Management /Administration from HEC recognized University/ Institution. Preference will be given to higher qualification. Must be computer savvy.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 Years of post-qualification relevant experience including 5 years of working experience in general administration, management, transportation, store & office administration in reputed public/ private sector organizations respectively. Experience at University/ Academic administration setups will be an added preference.
- Conversant with government rules & regulation including PPRA etc.
- Should have strong verbal/ written communication skills.
4. Audit Officer
- Qualification: Masters/ Bachelor or equivalent degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce from HEC recognized University/ Institution. Preference will be given to higher qualification in relevant field. Must be computer savvy.
- Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 Years relevant experience including 2-3 years of working experience in the areas of Audit & Taxation, Financial management and Inspections in public/ private sector National & International.
