KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Marine Underwriting, portfolio management, & risk assessment.
- Develop business strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines & regulatory requirements.
- Lead the team & strengthen the company’s position in the marine market.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Marine Insurance.
- CII qualification preferred, or a Master’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of marine underwriting, risk evaluation, & market practices.
- Proven leadership, business development, and negotiation skills.
