SITUATION VACANT: The Balochistan Aviation Company (BAC) invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated Aviation/admin professionals for the following private contract-based positions for its Flight Training School and aircraft fleet (Fixed-wing and rotary-wing). A competitive pay package shall be offered.
1. Chief Flight Instructor (CFI)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Pay Package: (Compatible)
- Qualifications: Valid ATPL/CPL with Instrument Rating (IR), Flight Instructor Rating, Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Experience: Minimum 1500 total flying hours/Preferred 2000 flying hours; ICAO English Language Proficiency Level-4 or above; Approved Person Exam (AP-1) cleared (Preference would be given); No serious safety violations or enforcement actions that would make the individual unsuitable for appointment; A professional history demonstrating safe flying practices and compliance with PCAA regulations; A minimum of 10 years of working experience in a civil aviation setup under the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) is required, demonstrating professional exposure to regulatory and operational aviation environments; Familiarity with PCAA training standards and regulatory frameworks.
2. Captain (C208B)

- Qualifications & Experience: Valid PCAA CPL(A) and type-rating endorsement; Minimum Flight Experience – 2000 hours, Minimum experience: 300 hours on C208B; Valid PCAA Class -1 medical; No accident record attributable to pilot error; Experience in VIP Flying will be an added advantage.
3. Chief Engineer

- Qualifications & Experience: PCAA AME License Holder; Bachelor’s degree; PCAA Approved Maintenance Manager/ CAMO Manager; Type Rated on Learjet 45XR, Mi-171E and Cessna208B; Minimum Aircraft Maintenance Experience of 25 years; Min 10 years in Managerial role.
4. Aircraft Engineer
- No. of Posts: 03
- Pay Package: (Compatible)
- Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical / Aeronautical / Engineering from a recognized university / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME); Aircraft Maintenance License: B1.1, B1.3, B1.2 or B2 (preferably B1+B2); Type rated on Learjet45, Mi171 and C208B; Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably technical maintenance; Familiarity with aviation facilities, ground operations, or maintenance environments preferred.
5. Aircraft Technicians
- No. of Posts: 05
- Pay Package: (Compatible)
- Qualifications & Experience: Minimum FA/FSc/DAE; Preferably young; Preferably PCAA Qualified; Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil infrastructure; Qualified on Learjet45, C208B, Mi-171; Familiarity with aviation facilities, ground operations, and PCAA maintenance environments preferred; Working experience in VIP operations and ANO 145 environment.
6. Maintenance Planner / CAMO Officer
- No. of Posts: 01
- Pay Package: (Compatible)
- Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning, CAMO, or a Part-145 environment; Basic knowledge of Part-145, Part-CAMO, aircraft maintenance program, ADs, SBs; Ability to prepare maintenance forecasts, work packages, due lists, and technical records; Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and maintenance tracking systems; Strong coordination, organizational, and documentation skills; PCAA approved Type Course on C208B/Mi-171/Learjet45 will be preference qualification.
7. Crew Chief / Flight Engineer

- Pay Package: (Compatible)
- Qualifications & Experience: Education FA/FSc/DAE; Minimum 15 years Crew Chief /Flight Engineer experience (preferably on PCAA environment); Hands-on experience in Air Ambulance operations; Qualified on Learjet45/Mi171/C208B.
8. Flight Dispatcher

- Pay Package: (Compatible)
- Qualifications & Experience: Education BA; Valid FOC Licence; Valid Class-2 Medical; FOC/ DGR course Qualified; Minimum 07 years’ experience as a flight dispatcher; Turn-off coordinator (TOC) experience.
9. Store Keeper
- No. of Posts: 01
- Pay Package: (Compatible)
- Qualifications & Experience: Minimum FA/FSc/DAE; Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, an turbine engine aircraft spares; Familiarity with aviation facilities, shipment clearances and PCAA maintenance environments preferred; Aviation Technical store management experience.
10. Administrator VIP Lounge
- No. of Posts: 01
- Pay Package: (Compatible)
- Qualifications & Experience: Minimum MBA; Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Housekeeping/hospitality service in a reputed hotel.
11. Drivers
- No. of Posts: 02
- Pay Package: (Compatible)
- Qualifications & Experience: Valid HTV/LTV driving license; Minimum 3 years of driving experience; Experience in cable retrieval or ground support operations preferred; Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
12. Helper
- No. of Posts: 03
- Pay Package: (Compatible)
- Qualifications & Experience: Middle/Matric (preferred); Physically fit with the ability to assist technical and ground staff; Willingness to work in operational and field environments.
13. Sweeper
- No. of Posts: 02
- Pay Package: (Compatible)
- Experience: Physically fit with the ability to perform sweeper and cleanliness job; Willingness to work in operational and field environments.
Terms & Conditions
- i. Selection shall be purely on qualifications and merit.
- ii. All licenses, qualifications, and certifications must be valid and recognised by PCAA, and compliant with ANO and ATO requirements.
- iii. Appointments shall be made on a Private contract.
- iv. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel, amend, or modify the recruitment process for a particular appointment at any stage without assigning any reason.
- vii. Applicants must submit attested copies of: Educational certificates, Professional licenses/ratings, Experience certificates, Computerized CNIC, Local/Domicile certificate, Valid medical certificate (where applicable), Recent passport-size photograph.
