Bahria Town Karachi is seeking an operational expert to supervise and execute our large-scale horticulture and landscaping projects, ensuring the beauty, sustainability, and upkeep of our community spaces.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Horticulture or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in landscaping operations
- Strong supervisory, technical field, and site-level execution skills
- In-depth knowledge of local flora and irrigation management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily maintenance of parks, nurseries, and green belts
- Manage on-ground teams, labor, and gardening staff
- Execute seasonal plantation, irrigation, and pest control plans
- Monitor site quality and ensure adherence to design standards
- Maintain inventory of plants, fertilizers, and machinery
