JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle daily cash transactions, including cash, debit/credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Operate the POS system and process customer purchases accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per company policy.
- Maintain accurate cash records and ensure proper cash handling.
- Reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers when required.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth store operations.
