- Relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage overall financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
- Oversee cash flow, financial planning, and working capital management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
- Monitor expenses, financial controls, and budget variances.
- Supervise accounts, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Provide financial insights to management to support business decisions.

- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and campaign optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives for better results
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative and e-commerce teams to develop effective ad campaigns.
- Track website traffic, customer behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
