- QUALIFICATION: BS Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- EXPERIENCE: 5-6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital growth initiatives for HUM News platforms.
- Improve audience reach, traffic, engagement, SEO, and monetisation.
- Monitor digital platform trends and coordinate with Meta, YouTube, Google, and other partners.
- Analyse digital performance, identify growth gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Track competitors and industry trends using data analytics tools such as Tubular.
- Monitor revenue and viewership targets and collaborate with editorial teams to improve performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Web Development teams to optimise revenue.
- Share actionable daily insights and recommendations with relevant teams.
- Ensure sustainable digital audience and revenue growth within approved editorial direction and organisational policies.
