Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, with increasing responsibility.
- Understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
- Competence in negotiating terms, prices, and contracts effectively.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with e-procurement systems may be advantageous.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, fostering collaboration and performance.
- Effective oral and written communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and suppliers.
