·Interaction with customers, follow-ups, respond to their queries and facilitate them by providing the appropriate services.
·Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
·Promptly handle clients complaint, inquiries as well as interact new customers,
·Process all requests received from internal or external customers and ensure execution in a timely manner within established policies.
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·Proficient in MS-Office.
