Chargeback Analyst
Location: Lahore
Education: BBA/MBA/BBIT/MBIT
Experience: 1-2 Years
Candidates must be willing to work according to US timings (night shift)
Job Description
- Research and understand latest chargebacks related rules and regulations
- Perform in-depth dispute analysis and research
- Take effective and timely decisions on suspicious activities and report cases
- File disputes with networks (Master, VISA etc.)
- Report fraudulent activities to networks (MasterCard, VISA, etc.)
- Client training(s)
- Evaluate current processes and policies; recommend improvements
- Work in day and night shifts to ensure 24/7 operations
Skills
- Knowledge of MC, VISA and DISCOVER network rules will be a plus
- Prior experience in the banking industry would be a plus

Software Engineer – Technical Product Support
Location: Lahore
Education: BSCS, MCS
Experience: 1-3 Years experience

Job Description:
- Communicate directly with clients to provide desired information and status on technical inquiries.
- Frequently coordinate and follow-up with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that tickets are closed on time.
- Primarily responsible for efficient and effective analysis and resolution of product related queries.
- Reviewing front end, databases, application interfaces and logs to troubleshoot and fix problems
- Log, identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to software products.
- Maintain knowledge base and FAQs about products and problems for prompt and effective services and problem resolution.
- Provide technical facilitation to Client Support in promptly addressing Client inquiries and problems.
- Use ticketing system and other software to maintain data related issues and respective resolutions.
Skills
- Problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good database concepts and SQL skills.

Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer- OLTP
Location: Lahore
Education: BS or MS degree in Computer Science
Experience: 2-4 Years
Job Description
- Expected to conduct system analysis and development for application, with limited support from senior team members, to keep our systems current with changing technologies
- Strong programming background especially in data structures, algorithms and design patterns
- Review and repair the legacy code and responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming problems
- Review, to the extent possible, changes in code and the environment that will affect system performance
- Assists the Programmer/Analysts in designing programs and databases
- Participate in and contribute to design and architecture process
- Responsible for information security tasks within own work scope
Skills
- Sound knowledge of SDLC
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to perform under stress and aggressive deadlines
- Self-organized with the ability to plan ahead
- Some experience in developing applications
- Excellent communication skills
