𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 is looking for a passionate and experienced 𝗛𝗥 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 to join our dynamic and growing team.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
o Manage employee welfare programs including Zakat, education support, ration distribution, and gift cases as per policy.
o Ensure complete documentation, eligibility verification, and transparent disbursement with employee and finance confirmation.
o Maintain welfare records, conduct committee meetings, field visits, and track eligibility benchmarks (e.g., gold/silver rates).
o Handle employee loan processing, documentation, guarantor tracking, repayment records, and secure collateral management.
o Manage HR operations including attendance, HRMS, payroll support, and employee data accuracy across locations.
o Oversee employee benefits such as health insurance, uniforms, and ID/ribbon management in coordination with relevant teams.
o Conduct store visits and random audits to verify advances, salaries, and settlement disbursements.
o Maintain accurate reporting through Excel dashboards (weekly/monthly) covering welfare, loans, and HR activities.
o Ensure timely data entry in HRMS, proper record keeping, and prompt coordination with management and internal stakeholders.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
o Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
o 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Welfare, Loans, or similar role.
o Strong command of Microsoft Excel (data handling, reporting, basic formulas).
o Good knowledge of PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
o Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
o Strong Command in HRMS software.
o Basic analytical skills (data review, reports, trends).
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and good in follow-ups.
o Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
o Good in coordination’s with team and management.
