Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website.
- Maintain website content, including product catalogue management and online merchandising.
- Update website banners, promotional tiles, product listings, and upload product images through Shopify.
- Plan and execute online promotional campaigns to ensure website activities are aligned with retail store promotions.
- Drive online sales, conversion rates, and revenue through effective product merchandising and website optimization.
- Ensure a seamless customer shopping experience by organizing products and improving website navigation.
- Coordinate and organize product and website photo shoots in collaboration with Production and Design teams.
- Prepare and maintain daily inventory reports to ensure accurate stock visibility.
- Manage and respond to customer service (CS) queries related to e-commerce operations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient execution of all online business activities.
Qualification: Bachelors
Experience: 03 to 04years experience
