EDUCATION
- Minimum Graduation from HEC recognized University/college/Institute.
- Master’s in Business Administration will be preferred
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5 to 7 years of relevant banking experience
- Strong knowledge of retail and commercial banking products, credit, and operations
- Proven track record of meeting business targets and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Sound understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in core banking systems and MS Office
- Ability to work well in a team
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- We are seeking experienced and results-driven Branch Managers to lead overall branch operations, business growth, regulatory compliance, and able to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales, service, and operational targets
- Drive deposit mobilization, loan growth, and cross-selling of banking products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and local business partners
- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Oversee daily branch operations, cash management, and risk controls
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management
