🚨 We’re Hiring: Merchandiser – Textile (Women Apparel)
🧵 Experience: 2–5 Years (Retail/Fashion Preferred)
We’re looking for a hands-on Merchandiser who can drive the entire product journey, from development to final dispatch, while keeping timelines tight and quality uncompromised.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from design handover to warehouse dispatch
• Ensure all development files, trims, and tech packs are complete and approved
• Coordinate closely with production teams (cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing)
• Liaise with vendors for outsourced processes like embroidery & printing
• Track each style’s progress and ensure smooth, timely movement across stages
• Maintain strong follow-ups to meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Ensure all system updates, approvals, and tagging are completed before dispatch
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Solid understanding of merchandising & production flow
• Strong coordination and execution skills (you get things moving)
• Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneously
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and production processes
• Problem-solving mindset with vendor management experience
