Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Intermediate qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Data Entry or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Good typing, data management, and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare, verify, and update branch petty cash reports on a daily basis.
• Manage invoices and related documentation.
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with various departments and branches for timely record updates.
• Handle MS Excel and other computer-related tasks efficiently.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management.
