WE’RE HIRING SALES TRAINING EXECUTIVE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a similar discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Capability Development, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Relevant training certifications will be considered as an added advantage.
- Position is based at our Faisalabad Plant.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs (from basic to advanced levels).
- Spend 70%+ time in market with sales teams doing route rides, on-the-job coaching, and real-time feedback on selling skills, objection handling, and Execution Standards.
- Train teams on route planning, order booking, outlet activation, Visi-cooler purity, POSM execution, and new product launches.
- Develop simple and practical training materials and role plays (Urdu/Punjabi preferred).
- Ensure alignment of training initiatives with monthly sales targets.
- Support distributors and frontline sales team in capability development.
