Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Location: Lahore
Job Summary
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing distribution operations for MENU Atta within the Lahore region. The role involves leading the sales team, strengthening distributor networks, and ensuring product availability across retail and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management:
- Monthly and annual sales targets for MENU Atta in assigned territory.
Distribution & Market Coverage:
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and wholesalers.
- Ensure effective coverage of general trade, wholesale markets, and key retail outlets.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and product availability across all channels.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise, train, and motivate Sales Officers and field staff.
- Set targets and KPIs for the team and monitor their performance.
- Conduct regular market visits with team members.
Trade Marketing & Execution:
- Ensure visibility and merchandising standards at retail outlets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distributors.
- Resolve trade issues, claims, and complaints efficiently.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–7 years of FMCG sales experience (preferably in flour, food, or staple categories).
