📍 Location: Karachi.
We are a well-established retail manufacturing company with a strong nationwide distribution setup looking for a Sr. Area Sales Manager – Distribution to drive growth, strengthen our distributor network, and lead high-performing sales teams.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize our existing distribution network.
- Drive primary & secondary sales to meet targets.
- Ensure strong market coverage, availability & visibility.
- Lead and develop field sales teams.
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels & recoveries.
- Identify new opportunities to expand distribution reach.
👤 What We’re Looking For:
- 7–10 years of experience in FMCG.
- Strong grip on distribution management (GT, Wholesale).
- Proven experience in handling distributors & sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation & analytical skills.
