Position: Food & Beverage Coordinator
Location: Islamabad
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate daily administrative activities for the Food & Beverage department.
-Prepare, update, and maintain staff duty rosters, attendance records, and leave plans.
-Process daily food requisitions and operational supply orders in coordination with chefs and relevant departments.
-Monitor stock par levels and ensure timely replenishment of kitchen and operational supplies.
-Act as a liaison between the kitchen team, procurement, stores, and cost control department.
-Support chefs with administrative requirements to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
-Assist the Cost Controller during monthly and periodic stock counts/inventories.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
-2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage administration, hospitality coordination, or a similar role.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, formulas).
-Knowledge of inventory management and cost control processes is preferred.
