INTECH Process Automation is looking for “Asst. Manager Taxation” (mandatory experience on US international tax laws and principles

What You Will Do:

Assist and, in some cases, lead international tax planning and special projects in INTECH Worldwide Operations
Research, analyze, interpret and apply outbound US international tax laws and principles
Prepare tax models, calculations, and research memoranda
Coordinate and collaborate with external tax advisers on the various U.S. and other international tax issues
Review, assist and provide technical expertise with regards to international income tax compliance (Forms 1118, 5471, 8865, 8858, disclosures, and related forms and calculations.) – – Identify emerging international tax issues and determine the potential impact on the company in all jurisdictions
Assist local country Manager with local tax issues, including US tax impact
Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 3 to 5 years of industry experience
