𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, focused on data reporting and insights.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc People & CX reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of all outputs.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Create management reports, scorecards, and presentations for decision-making.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify key improvement drivers.
- Generate insights to improve employee experience, customer experience, and performance.
- Conduct trend, root cause, and performance analysis for decision support.
- Develop KPI scorecards across People & CX functions.
- Collaborate with People, CX, Operations, BI teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Support process improvement through data analysis and insights.
- Maintain reporting documentation and databases.
- Support management with insights, forecasts, and decision support.
- Perform additional reporting and analytical tasks as assigned by the management.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in reporting, analytics or operations role.
- Strong command of Advanced Excel (mandatory), Power BI and SQL (preferred).
- Good understanding of dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
