WE’RE HIRING KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – B2B / CORPORATE SALES
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales | 4–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, develop, and secure new corporate business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to ensure client retention and long-term business growth.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to close business opportunities.
- Explore opportunities for corporate partnerships, bulk sales, employee purchase programs, gifting solutions, and customized offerings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, CRM records, forecasts, and periodic business performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and commitments.

WE’RE HIRING KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management | 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Sales Operations, Key Account Management, Customer Service Operations, or Supply Chain Coordination.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of corporate orders, from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Liaise with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability, order fulfillment, and timely dispatches.
- Collaborate with Finance for invoicing, payment follow-ups, account reconciliations, and order record management.
- Coordinate with Legal for preparation, execution, renewal, and maintenance of contracts and corporate documentation.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned corporate accounts and ensure timely resolution of service-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of client contracts, delivery documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports on order status, deliveries, pending actions, and account performance.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, service standards, and customer requirements while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
