We are looking for a dedicated Lab Operator to join our Quality Assurance Department at KIJI. This role reports directly to the Head of QA and is critical in ensuring our fabrics and garments meet international standards.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform textile testing as per AATCC, ISO, ASTM standards.
• Ensure accuracy, repeatability, and reliability of test results.
• Maintain lab equipment calibration and cleanliness.
• Prepare test reports and share findings with QA management.
• Support vendor evaluation and product approval processes.
• Train junior staff on lab procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and international standards.
🎓Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
• 2–4 years of experience in textile lab testing and QA.
• Strong knowledge of AATCC and ISO test methods.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage lab operations independently and effectively.
