🔹 What You’ll Do:
Perform end-to-end testing of payment products & channels before launch
Monitor transactions, payment success rates & system stability
Investigate and resolve issues like payment failures, delays & discrepancies
Support reconciliation, channel management & daily operations
Ensure smooth operations with quick troubleshooting and strong execution
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure and respond quickly to issues
Familiarity with transaction flows & exception handling is a plus
