Position: National Distribution Manager
Job Description:
- Build, optimize, and scale a high-performing distribution network, ensuring strong market coverage, consistent product availability, and alignment with business growth targets
- Partner with supply chain to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize stock-outs, and align demand planning with sales forecasts
- Deliver operational excellence, using data & market intelligence, tracking key metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of pharma distribution models
- Solid understanding of primary vs secondary sales and on-ground execution
- Working knowledge of S&OP, demand planning, and inventory control
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Marketing from a recognized institute
- 8–12 years of relevant experience preferably in pharmaceutical sector or FMCG distribution/sales operations
- Proven experience managing national or multi-regional distribution networks
