Position – Sales & Operations Manager
Responsibilities-
1 Schedule, monitor and control employees’ tasks
2 Daily office operation and employee coordination
3 Support customers and Managers
4 Looking for new business opportunities, conduct business negotiations, prepare and finalize Contract.
5 Reporting ( DSR & MIS) , Operational Performance Report, Analysis, Forecasting, Revenue Report
6 Manage Tender applications and documentation, sales related activities
7 Recruiting and Training colleagues
8 Cooperation with other business fields (Accounting, HR, IT)
9 Checking and tracking incoming invoices.
10 Forecast staffing; manage staff to actual volume at or below budget.
11 Ensure the SLA based on client contracts.
12 Improvement of internal processes to guarantee cost and productivity targets
Requirements-
Education – Must have an education of Post graduate i.e. Masters
Experience – Must have at least 5 years of experience in the same field
Functional Skills – Interpersonal skills, Presentation skills, Reporting skills
Behavioral Skills – Communication Skills, Positive attitude, Adaptable approach, & convincing abilities
Language Requirements – Excellent English and Urdu language abilities both in speaking and written communication.
