JOB PURPOSE:
The position is responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s presence across social media platforms, ensuring effective communication and engagement with customers. This role involves handling live chat interactions and inbound/outbound calls to provide prompt and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will also support various other customer service tasks, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of customer service functions.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
Education: Bachelors
Experience: 1 or 2 years
Software/Tools: CRM (Intellicon/Convex), Social Media Platforms, Gingko and Shopify.
Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills
