Foodpanda Pakistan Jobs Quality Assurance Associate:
Designation: Quality Assurance Associate
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:-
•To look into every detail of communication between customers, vendors and representatives/associates from quality perspective and evaluate accordingly.
•Read contracts, match them with KPIs to maintain a quality check; it may be repetitive and monotonous.
•To make sure that the representatives are complying with the processes and procedures set out in the SOPs.
•To identify what are the key areas where representatives are weak and to provide appropriate feedback.
•To identify if there are any flaws in the existing SOPs and how it can be rectified and made more efficient.
•Maintain a weekly check as to whether the team is improving and to take appropriate actions.
Requirements:-
•Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the relevant fields. Previous QA experience would be preferred
•Must be at least a Bachelor’s from a reputed university. Masters will be preferred.
•Must have good analytical skills.
•Excellent English comprehension skills
•Must have a strong grasp over Ms. Office.
