✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
About the Role:
Naukerji Farm is seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our agricultural operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in farm management, crop planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
â–ª Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day farm activities, including planting, irrigation, harvesting, and pest control.
â–ª Manage and lead farm staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
â–ª Implement effective crop management strategies to maximize yield and quality.
â–ª Oversee the maintenance of farm equipment, supplies, and inventory.
â–ª Prepare budgets, control expenses, and ensure cost-efficient farm operations.
â–ª Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
