JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager Stitching

Requirements as below:

Education: Qualification should be Graduation.
Experience: 5-7 year experience in Renowned Eastern Wear Apparel Brand required. Candidate must be presentable and hardworking and eager to learn for new roles and Challenges.

Responsibilities:

 Complete understanding of eastern wear garments production.
 Ensuring production of styles as per original & pre-production sample.
 Production planning and execution for the stitching lines (manpower, machine and styles)
 Focus on good quality production to reduce rework percentage.
 should be able to arrange sewing workforce (supervisors/tailors etc.) when required.
 Finalizing and verifying garments stitching rates.

Requirements as below:

Education: Qualification should be Graduation
Experience: 5-7 year experience in Renowned Eastern Wear Apparel Brand required. Candidate must be presentable and hardworking and eager to learn for new roles and Challenges.

Responsibilities:

 Develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to meet the Company’s Quality Standards
 Effectively interact with the Technical, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
 Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory
 Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling
 Formulating SOPs for improving Quality standards.
 Lead all quality staff
 Ultimately ensure final product quality
