Key responsibilities
- End – End Product development for assigned trades/corridors (Ocean + L&S)
- Direction Setting and driving trade performance – Understand trade direction/focus and translate same into specific actions for different channels/customers
- Create business plans to deliver trade targets (Volume, Revenue, CY)
- Follow up on future pipeline vs. targets to flag gaps to area leadership while driving performance and results by collaborating across the organization
- Driving both Imports and Exports for assigned trades
- Driving short term cargo on SPOT product
- LT business discussions/planning with commercial and Center teams
- Ensure space on services is in accordance to RoFo/Targets
- Set and follow up on Area sales plans (along with Sales and Finance Business Partners)
- Enable ROFO process
- Attend pricing calls
- Market trends & insights
- Competition SWOT analysis
- Support commercial teams with product knowledge

We are looking for
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- You have a strategic mindset with strong analytical and planning skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and set focus/direction
- Strong sense of ownership

- Strong logistics and services product knowledge
- Experience in a commercial role within the logistics/transportation field would be preferred
