Job Responsibilities:
Delivery Supervision
- Plan and coordinate daily furniture deliveries
- Supervise delivery teams and drivers
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers or retail locations
- Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Inspection & Quality Control
- Inspect furniture before dispatch and upon return (if applicable)
- Identify damages, defects, or missing parts
- Ensure products meet quality standards before delivery
- Maintain inspection reports and documentation
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain delivery logs, inspection records, and damage reports
- Ensure GRN processing in the system and manage payment-related documentation
