EXPERIENCE 8-12 years of HR experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Learning & Development
- Lead the Group’s L&D strategy, covering needs assessment, programme design, delivery, and impact measurement.
- Develop and manage an annual L&D calendar aligned with business priorities across group
- Design and deploy leadership development, functional training, and soft skills programmes for all levels
- Build and manage relationships with external training vendors, institutions, and e-learning platform providers
2. HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
- Lead and standardise the HRBP function across Beaconhouse Group, overseeing Junior HRBPs and ensuring consistent HR service delivery aligned with each company’s policies and procedures for group companies
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to Project Heads and senior stakeholders on all people-related matters including workforce planning, organisational design, performance management, and talent strategy
- Identify and address cross-company HR trends, talent risks, and employee relations matters, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant outcomes across all group entities
