Position: Business Analyst
The candidate should lead the product definition and support end-to-end product development lifecycle from Requirements/Discovery, User Experience Design, Solutions Design, Build, Testing, to Rollout activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
BS/ MS in CS, SE, CE or any relevant field
Strong communication skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Responsibilities:
Obtaining understanding and generating product knowledge of the business processes through meetings with multiple clients
Drafting User Stories and develop high level information models to drive the product development
Evaluate business processes. anticipating requirements. uncovering areas for improvement. and developing and implementing solutions
Work with UX designers to translate user stories and information model into UX design
Design complete business processes for the owned modules. Work with QA team to test the relevant modules “as built”
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Liaison with client’s management and communication of relevant matters to personnel at appropriate level of responsibility
Demonstrate understanding of key principles related to software project and product life cycle and data/databases
Promote conducive work environment and build cordial relations with client and team members
