Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to confirm customer orders and ensure accuracy.
- Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp queries professionally.
- Cross-utilize between voice and chat support, as and when needed.
- Help in strengthening internal control and mechanisms to reduce risk and fraud exposure.
Candidate Must Have:
- Fresh Graduates in a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
