We are hiring for the “Ecommerce Executive” for Ethnic

Job description :

  • Daily orders sharing with warehouse team & maintain the track sheet
  • Verify the payments against paid orders from HBL Cybersource portal on daily basis
  • Orders follow up with warehouse team on all pending orders on daily bases
  • Reconciliation against dispatch vs deliveries and follow up with couriers companies.
  • Maintain record against dispatches vs deliveries and share monthly performance report of couriers companies.
  • Maintain shoot master file and follow up with stylist regarding shoot articles,
  • Maintain file against received scanned inventory batches in E-store warehouse.
  • Coordinate with design & merchandiser team for product details (fabric, material, etce)
  • DHL Airway bill generation for international orders. Create new products on website.
  • Create new collections on website.
  • Upload Product Images on website.
  • Do product sorting on collection level.
  • Hide out of stock products from website.

Experience: 2 years Plus
Education: Bachelors
Skills: Shopify, Microsoft AX, MS Excel
