Requirements:
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in work wear operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) department to optimize production processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize GSD (General Sewing Data) to establish and maintain standard time and motion studies for sewing operations.
- Identify and implement methods to reduce cost and improve productivity.
- Conduct line balancing, capacity planning, and workflow analysis to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.
