Production Supervisor
Qualification: DAE Mechanical
Experience: Having 2-3 years of experience in a feed mill or a related manufacturing environment.
Proficiency: in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP software will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all feed mill production activities, ensuring efficient and timely completion of production targets.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring proper function and minimal downtime.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure feed meets company standards.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to maximize team performance.
- Utilize Microsoft Office to manage production data and generate detailed reports.
- Create, analyze, and present production-related reports to track performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- Operate ERP for efficient tracking and scheduling of production tasks.
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot production issues promptly and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Work closely with maintenance, quality control, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations.
