Job Description
The Accounts Receivables Associate is responsible for managing daily financial transactions related to vehicle and parts sales, ensuring accurate and timely recording in SAP.
Job Responsibilities
- Record daily bank receipts in SAP, including those related to vehicle sales, parts sales, and other transactions.
- Prepare daily reports on incoming funds to keep track of cash flow.
- Oversee scrap sales transactions within SAP, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and process customer refunds as required, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Manage and track EMI cheques, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
- Work closely with the Sales Administration team to resolve any issues related to customer payments and ensure smooth payment processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivables and finance.
- Proficiency in SAP and financial record-keeping.
